Check a URL
(Powered by Norton WebSafe):

Copy Suspected URL, press the button below, paste the URL into the Search Bar and hit Enter.

If you are still suspicious after checking, please contact us for further help.

(Note: Links without the URL shown, right-click the Highlighted Text, and you should get a option to “Copy Address” or something along those lines. Paste that in the Search. Any issues, contact us)

Check a Short URL
(Powered by CheckShortURL.com):

Shortened URL’s are very useful for people like Websites and Businesses to be able to give the user a long link in a shorter way.

Sometimes a websites URL can be really big, and typing it in can be annoying, especially if you have trouble copying and pasting.

It also looks much more appealing not seeing this big line of info.

Unfortunately, Shortening can hide something within the URL, like directing you to a Malicious part of a website or hide a malicious site.

Fear no longer, get the Shortened link expanded, get details of the Link, and then use a URL Checker like Norton WebSafe.

Copy Suspected shortened  URL – eg –
“http://bit.ly/2Yn5Vlo”, press the button below, paste the URL into the Search Bar and hit Enter.

If you are still suspicious after checking, please contact us for further help.

Check if your Email was a part of a Data Breach
(Powered by Have I Been Pwned):

Enter your email into their search Box.

The Results will show Green and that you haven’t been a part of a Data Breach, or it will tell you a List of Places that were breached that had your Email and will also tell you other data taken, like Location, Passwords etc for you to rectify where possible.

If you have been pwned and unsure what to do, please contact us for further help.

      Remote Support URL’s

Ever get or being told to type in a web browser “support.me” and/or “www.logmein123.com”?

      DO NOT CONTINUE!

Those URL’s are some of the ways you are sent to a proper Remote Program that the scammers legitimately use to remote access your computer to do there scams.
As legitimate as it looks, most support businesses will have their URL’s combined with their legitimate websites, rather than random and separate for this reason. logmein123 is a real site that is being constantly abused by hackers/scammers.

Another key thing to remember: don’t follow any calls to you about your computer having malware, and don’t call the number that may pop up on your computer one day, saying the same. If it says they are from a legitimate company like Microsoft, who are the detectors, don’t call the number on-screen, manually search on a secure computer for the legitimate Business support line.

If you are ever unsure, give us a call straight away!
